Check In/Out Policies
Check in – 2:00 pm (Please specify if early arrival and we will do our best to have your room ready) Check Out – 11:00 am

A deposit of $165 is required. Upon receipt of deposit a confirmation e-mail is sent. The balance is payable at check-in. We accept Master Card, Visa and Cash. Lodging tax of 6% not included in room rate.

All rates subject to change without notice.

There is a minimum stay of two nights.

Our normal cancellation policy is 72 hours.

Breakfast
A sit down freshly prepared breakfast is included with your stay except on Sunday, a continental breakfast will be provided in cottage on Sunday.

Pets and Children
No pets unless by prior approval. Children considered on an individual basis

No smoking inside but allowed on porches, pier and grounds.
